Sitting In My New Coffee Shop

What a treat

Recovering from social anxiety is quite a treat, to listen to my music, mess with a computer and related gadgets, meeting people, writing, and shooting photos.

This writing app by Google Docs is great.

I’m exploring my right under the Canadian Charter to express myself.

This is part of a new life I’ve built for me.

This is like being in one of those 1940’s realism paintings by Hopper.

This is also like living in the hospital where I escaped to the coffee shop for a taste of reality, my reality of not being broken and under constant surveillance a temporary inconvenience.

I was watching some programs dramatising people with disabilities realizing I’m not that disabled. More inconvenienced than disabled.

Oh.

Nighthawks — Hopper
