Sheldon Walker Psychologist and Rapist?

I was reading in the Conversation this morning about Alice Munro being complicit in her daughters rape by her step-father.

This triggered a memory of an attempted seduction of me by a man in a position of trust, my psychologist, Sheldon Walker.

He invited me as a colleague to his trailer in the rural setting for the weekend. He was consulting to the halfway house for heroin addicts where I worked. He was available to the staff as a therapist per his contract.

I thought we were going to work on my issues, I was led to believe. A knock on my bedroom door asking if I wanted company in the night was the real agenda.

I never spoke to him again, after the tense ride back to town the next day as my self esteem and trust were violated.
